Ageless Grace®

Ageless Grace is a fitness and wellness program consisting of 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease. Each tool emphasizes different anti-aging techniques, joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination and playfulness. The exercises are based on the science of neuroplasticity—the ability of the brain and central nervous system to change form and function. Exercises are designed to be practiced in a chair and are easy to perform.
